At KIOMMI we aim to satisfy every customer however, if for certain reasons you are not completely satisfied and want to make a return our policy is below.

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
​
After your refund is processed it can take 7-10 days for funds to reach your account.
​
Refunds will not be processed until we receive your return.
​
We do not accept returns on used hair.
​
We do not accept returns on lace that has been bleached, plucked or manipulated.
​
We do not accept exchanges on wigs or extensions that have been manipulated with heat.
​
We do not permit or accept returns for failure to read the processing and shipping information before ordering.
​
Your order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering.
​
Custom wigs are not 100% refundable as they are bespoke and cannot be resold.
Custom wigs can be altered if there is any significant issue with the product.
​
Free alterations will be dependant on the of the wig and clients' original order.
​
We do not accept returns on wigs or extensions that have been used or that are suspected of being used.
​
We do not accept returns on wigs or extensions that have been bleached or coloured.
​
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges to our discretion.

Returns must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges will not be permitted on used, manipulated, plucked or bleached extensions or wigs.
​
We do not accept exchanges on wigs or extensions that have been manipulated with heat.
​
Exchanges of bundles and lace are only possible when stock is available.
Exchanges are only permitted in person at Kiommi studio.
